Chene Bleu used as Case Study for Wine MBA

We were quite honored that Chene Bleu was used as case study in a course taught by the truly wonderful Ann Feely for the prestigious Bordeaux-based BEM Wine MBA that takes place around the world in different wine-related hot-spots.  I thought I'd focus on "How to wake up one morning and start making world-class wine".  I got the post-prandial slot and the AC wasn't working, so I was worried! It all worked out though, as I took them behind the scenes for a taste of all the hopes and fears of the wannabe winemaker... Great group of students from all over, lots of fun.
