To bring to fruition our aspirations of Grand-Cru-level winemaking and ground-breaking regenerative practices, we have worked for over a decade to transform the derelict, parched vineyard into a temple of biodiversity. We take a holistic approach: combining science, empiricism, and ethos. What started with the introduction of natural practices — first organic, then biodynamic — has now gone much further: planting a bamboo forest to filter wastewater, creating the SustainaBEElity project, experimenting with propolis from our beehives as a natural disinfectant, and much more.
