Our special cuvée, Astralabe, was named after the son of Héloïse and Abélard. This cuvée is younger in age and spirit than its complex collectible ‘parents’. It is our vibrant yet easy-drinking Grenache-Syrah blend — yet we like to think it displays more spice, nuance and aging ability than you’d expect in that style. More info, awards and tasting notes.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Perfect for everyday cuisine like fresh Mediterranean fare. Well paired ideally with red meat, chicken, grilled fish and olive oil-based cuisine. Decant for several hours and serve at room temperature or cooler. Aging potential: 10-15 years.
