Sebastien is in charge of the grounds, the orchard, the olive grove, the truffle field, the flower beds, lavender and the vegetable garden, using only natural and biodynamic methods, in keeping with the philosophy in vineyard.  A consummate team player, Sebastien enriches the domaine with his long and ‘fruitful’ career in gardening and landscaping and has embraced this rugged wild landscape as an opportunity to fully demonstrate his talents.
