Obsessed with the purpose and practice of fine and sustainable wine, Nicole currently manages Planète Chêne Bleu and many of its links to the outside world.  Working relentlessly, she travels extensively to exchange ideas and wines with others who share her passion. Multilingual, multicultural – in part American, French and Italian – she enjoys hunting down the best ideas from everywhere and weaving them in with those of the team.  Collaborative by nature, she’s always happy to contribute her experience from her previous life in geopolitical Think Tanks and finance to progress in the wine world.

Nicole co-founded and chairs The ARENI Global Institute for the Future of Fine Wine, Fine Minds 4 Fine Wines/ARENI LIVE and The International Grenache Association.
