Isabelle rolet

Xavier's sister Isabelle played an essential part in the initial rehabilitation of the vineyard and the Priory.  A talented artist, she discovered her passion for frescos during the course of the restoration and collaborated with renowned mural painter Jean-Charles Dicharry.  She later pursued her passion, first studying at, and then teaching at, the famous Ecole d’Avignon Conservation Academy, going on to manage numerous fresco restorations worldwide, including the Prince of Monaco’s Palace.
