DANIELLE Rolet

Xavier’s eldest daughter, Danielle, has always had a profound love of this very special place where she spent so much time in her youth.  She was bitten by the wine bug after graduating from Cambridge University.  She later studied wine production at Plumpton College and joined the family business, eventually managing Chêne Bleu’s export markets, advising different teams on projects, from production to sustainability to commercial

matters, and gaining valuable experience at other wineries.  She and her oenologically savvy husband Thomas Perthen remain closely affiliated with the business.
