Clive Barlow MW

Clive is a recognized senior international wine judge for Decanter and for the International Wine Challenge.  He was Chair of Education for the Institute of Masters of Wine and instrumental in developing their curriculum. 

He also founded Wine Press Wine Services, as well as Canterbury Wine School and the Canterbury Wine Festival.  Together with Nicole, Clive developed the Chêne Bleu Extreme Wine Program which he now teaches in collaboration with Nick Dumergue.

We also rely on Clive’s exceptionally experienced palate to assess the aging trajectory of different vintages.
