Claude and Lydia are internationally renowned microbiologists specializing in soil analysis and ‘living soils’, who advise top vineyards around the world.  It is a rare privilege to work with such ground-breaking experts in this field.   They have helped us harness the local eco-system and the extensive microbiome of our complex terroir, to improve the health and yields of our vines.  Claude has a PhD in Agronomic Science Engineering; Lydia has an MSc in Oenology.
