Hosted a particularly well-heeled group of lovely London-based Italian ladies from the Italian Cultural Association, led by the most admirable Elsa Provini and the most charming Benedetta Planing-Gyllenbaga.Theme du Jour:  Provencal Odyssey-- Restoring a Medieval priory and its vineyard, and launching a Couture wine.   Virtual Backstage Tour of the construction, decoration, and operation of the property and the winery, followed by a tasting.I was impressed by the quantity and quality of questions, seems like several of them had been through their own versions of "Restauration Hell".Quite inspirational to hang out with such a culturally-minded crowd since these days I have such a bad case of Vine Brain!Now back to the winery for the harvest... : ) nicole
